Ag Criost an Siol - SATB choir a cappella $2.50
In 1963, the Irish composer Sean O Riada left Dublin and settled in Cúl Aodha, west Cork in order to immerse himself in the Irish language and native musical forms. It was here that he composed a setting of The Mass for Chór Cúl Aodha (Coolea Choir) which included the now-popular song 'Ag Críost an Síol'. Mark Armstrong has produced a haunting arrangement for Solo voice and SATB choir a cappella. This arrangement is a most useful addition to the growing body of Irish choral music.
