This edition contains eight traditional carols from all over Europe: "Touro-Louro-Louro (France), Lippai (Austria), Sel bych rád k Betlému (Czech Republik), Pochválen bud’, Ježíš Kristus (Poland), Gebet eines kleinen Knaben an der Heiligen Christ (Germany), Lulajz.e Jezuniu (Poland), Ya vienne la vieja (Spain), Dormi, dormie, o bel Bambin (Italy).

These carols were arranged to emphasise the antiphonal aspect inherent in so much brass choir music.   BM571
