Signore Ascolta (Turandot)

"Signore, ascolta!" ("Listen my Lord") is a soprano aria heard in the first act of the opera Turandot. The slave girl Liù sings, beseeching the Prince Calaf not to risk his life for his love to the Princess Turandot, and not to risk his beheading if he fails to answer correctly the three riddles she has set for her suitors.

Arranged sensitively by Italian musician Cosimo Bombardieri, this version for wind ensemble retains the character of the original orchestral score. Full score and parts may be downloaded in PDF format following ourchase.
