William Tell (Overture) - G. Rossini

From 1824 through 1829 Rossini´s life was centered in Paris where he composed at the age of 37 his 39th and last opera: the masterpiece Guglielmo Tell. Its four part overture is a vast programmatic design and one of his most favourite played compositions.
